Wife is Prof. Dr. B. Jayalekha, MD working currently as HOD Microbiology, at Govt. Medical College, Kottayam.

Son is currently final year MD student in General Medicine at Govt. Medical College, Trivandrum.

Daughter Dr. Deepthi Madhu, MBBS is doing MD (Microbiology) at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences, Coimbatore, married to Dr. Dilesh doing MD, Anaesthesiology at Vinayaka Missions Medical College, Pondicherry.
